Course Summary
This class will introduce yoga to beginners, and will maintain yoga practice for the experienced student. This course will teach basic yoga postures and breathing techniques. The course will also introduce the students to meditation and help to make students more supple, relaxed and centred. Students will need an exercise mat and a blanket, and will need to wear loose comfortable clothing and bring some water to drink. Coffee will also be available after this very friendly class
