Course: Flower Arranging

Celebrate Spring flowers and their use in traditional and modern designs, This class is suitable for beginners and students with more experience. Course covers basic floral designs, focusing on care and conditioning of plant material, principles and elements of design to include balance, scale and proportion, texture and colour. Leading on from this the class will look at the Georgian and Tudor periods of flower arranging culminating in a group project. Guidance and encouragement given in a relaxed atmosphere.
