If you enjoy: Going to places of interest, Going out for the day, Entertainment, Fun dances, Meeting new people, Having a good chat, Having a cooked meal. Then come and join in our Day Centre. For just £12 you could enjoy all this and more.

You can also: Learn and try new skills, Make new friends, Visit different places, Watch demonstrations and hear new Speakers, Try quizzes and crosswords, Chair exercises, Games such as darts, basketball, hoopla and gentle hockey.

There is somethng for everybody so come on down and visit us. Even pop in for a coffee and chat.

We are open Monday and Tuesdays 10.00am - 3.00pm and Fridays (for special learning needs) 10.00am - 3.00pm. Local transport may be available.
